For 10 consecutive summers, Best Western has been harnessing the power of Disney Channel’s biggest blockbuster movies and star talent to reach kids and families to drive awareness and summer bookings! In 2017, they tapped into the highly anticipated multi-network premiere of our Disney Channel Original Movie, Descendants 2.


Here’s an example of how Disney paired two iconic ducks: the Aflac duck and Disney’s Duck Tales together in a multi-media, cross portfolio campaign. Believe it or not, these two ducks have a lot in common (aside from the obvious), but most importantly both share identical core values: ambition, entrepreneurship, adventure and heritage. A perfect fusion.


Disney Media and Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Shapes created a multimedia campaign tied to music's biggest event for families - Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA). The campaign kicked off with a custom category created for Kraft -- "You Know You Love Them" Best Music Group-- which was a playful spin on their "You Know You Love It" tagline. Kraft also received custom category online voting and social media support. In addition, Kraft sponsored a custom "RDMA-zing" sweepstakes that delivered a once-in-a-lifetime experience to one winning family to go to the RDMA show in Los Angeles. The campaign culminated with in-show integrations with the custom category award presentation and the Kraft Mac and Cheese Shapes "Fan Zone" highlighted via a custom “Mac Cam” graphic during the RDMA broadcast.


Disney Interactive partnered with Duracell to ampify their partnership around Star Wars: The Force Awakens with a specific focus on battery powered Star Wars toys. In a twist on the traditional unboxing video, Disney launched a new format called “Boxed” that used a combination of stunning visuals and music to highlight the toy creation process for one of the most sought after toys…the Kylo Ren lightsaber. This custom video was able to effectively integrate Duracell batteries into a stylistic treatment that brought the toy to life in stunning fashion.
